Delivery Area
We provide delivery within our designated service areas. Orders outside our delivery coverage may not be accepted or may require additional delivery charges.
Delivery Schedule
Customers may select their preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout. While we do our best to deliver within the selected time frame, delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

10am - 1pm
1pm - 7pm
7pm - 9pm
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for the next available delivery date.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees will be calculated and shown at checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, urgent deliveries, restricted locations, or peak season dates.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number, and delivery address are accurate. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the bouquet at a safe location, contact the sender or recipient for instructions, or arrange redelivery at an additional fee.
Flower Substitution
As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, certain flowers, wrapping, or decorative items may be substituted when necessary. Any substitution will be made with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour theme of the bouquet.
Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to delivery details must be requested in advance. Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or scheduled for same-day delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Fresh Flower Disclaimer
Fresh flowers are perishable products. We take care to deliver all bouquets in good condition; however, flower freshness and lifespan may vary depending on weather, handling, and care after delivery.
